  Hi. I hope I have the right Majestic Kitchen and Bath. I hired Home Depot to redo my shower and this contractor (Majestic) was who Home Depot hired to do the job. They did mostly everything right. Shower looks awesome but one problem....no hot water. The last time I had a hot shower at home was the night before they came over a year ago. I called to have them come back to fix it, but Linda said the mechanism that regulates water temperature was set correctly. WRONG. They refused to come back to fix this problem. Would have maybe taken an hour at the most. So now they are getting a bad review instead of a good review. I need pay someone else now to come and fix it to give me my hot showers back! My name is Christine and I live in a small condo in Edison. If Majestic will come back to fix my shower I will change my review from bad to good.

  HORRIBLE - DAMAGED - NOT FIXED - SUB CONTRACTORS - NOT INSTALLERS Majestic Kitchen & Bath (Katie Ihrie) do not install, they are middleman! They sub-contract with smaller contractors from the city! majestickb I have been good-natured, waited for Majestic Kitchen and Bath out of Long Valley, NJ and Home Depot on Rt 202 in Flemington, NJ to complete the damage they did to my floors back on Nov. 2014 by sliding cabinet boxes across my floors. I can’t help but express the amount of disappointment I feel at this time towards Home Depot who unlike they say, do not stand behind their installers. Talk is cheap! I paid for a product and during that contractual installment, something of mine was damage due to the carelessness of Majestic and their UNINSURED installers (their insurance company sent me the paperwork saying they were not insured! Copies available for anyone in need). To date, I still wait for their answer instead of "we're looking into this". JOE CABINET, from Brunswick, NJ, my installer (Wouldn't give me his last name, kept telling me his last name was Cabinet) while installing, tried to sell me on other home improvements he could do. Home Depot tells me they stand behind their installers. I'd just like to know where the heck my (Majestic Kitchen and Bath) installer is standing? I think their hiding! What a pain!!!
